In regards to Sage at Old Coach, Agenda Items 8 and 10.
I recommend that these two items be tabled un�l the related historical informa�on can be provided to
the public and reviewed. In par�cular:
- The FEIR for the OCGESP is not available in the atached agenda items for review.
- The original tract map for Sage at Old Coach is not included in the agenda packet.
- An area of the open space preserved is not divulged in the agenda packet.
- The subject of brush management was inten�onally le� out of the discussion which could affect
the wildlife corridor.
Because of these missing documents there is no way to for the public to be able to verify that no
significant changes and changes or impacts requiring subsequent supplemental environmental review.
A couple of points of concern:
Why wasn’t the proposed degraded open area near houses 1-5 used for home site 6?
Why wasn’t the new home site 6 considered for restora�on to open space which would enhance the
wildlife corridor?
