Hello, I recently requested a set of documents related to the EIR
for the PSHCP/NCCP. I received the documents and thank you for
that, but it looks like there was no full EIR done for the PSHCP but
only an EA and a negative declaration. For this reason I am
inquiring, was an EIR done for the Scripps Poway Parkway
Extension Project and Mitigation? If so I would like to have a copy
of the documents related to that EIR. for the Scripps Poway
Parkway Extension Project I would like the following documents:-
NOP for the draft EIR-Public Comments on the NOP- Draft EIR
(DEIR)- Public Comments on the DEIR.- Final EIR with City's
responses to the public comments on the DEIR.-CEQA findings- any
related Resolutions that the City adopted. Thank you.

INSPECTION
Sage at Old Coach
Old Coach Road (G22-0005) - Last week, the
contractor completed the horse trail along Espola
Road. Filter fabric was placed, followed by a layer
of decomposed granite that was spread and
compacted. Landscape, irrigation, and trail fencing
construction continues.
The contractor has excavated the footing and
began steel placement for the bio-basin
masonry retaining wall. Preparation work
continues on pads 2 through 4 for building of
the footings and slab placement.
Lyon Estates
Larchmont Street (G21-0013) (STI21-003) - Excavation
was completed on Lot-6 of the keyway and the back cut
to place the required 4-inch perforated drain at the slope
buttress. On lot-8, the contractor completed the cut slope

perforated back-drain. Rock breaking continues on
private street A.

Last week, the contractor completed installing the 8-inch water main on private street B. Risers,
thrust blocks and end caps were installed for testing purposes. Testing began by starting with the
high-pressure test which passed. This week, the high and low chlorination testing will be conducted
followed by the bacteriological testing.
The contractor placed concrete building slabs for lots
2 and 3.
McKee Orchard
Holly Oak Way (G22-0006) – Last week, the contractor installed most of the water main, water
services and the fire hydrants. This week, the contractor installed a portion of water line that goes
under existing utilities. The lowered section is complete, and testing is scheduled to begin next week.
Sewer main installation is complete, and the new sewer line has been tied into an existing sewer
manhole on Holly Oak Way. A plug was put into place for testing and to prevent any contamination
from entering the existing sewer main.
The Farm
Stoneridge Country Club Lane (G21-0001, STI21-001) G21-0001) - A request for occupancy for lots
13 through 24 has been received by the City. The lots were inspected, and a punch list was created.
Lennar has responded with tentative completion dates, and they are now focused on addressing
these items so occupancy can be granted.
Work continues around the site including grading,
sewer, storm drain, water, street construction, street
repair, pedestrian ramp installation and other work.
Additional sewer line continues to be placed around the
site.
The water main was shut down last week along Doylan Court enabling the contractor to lower and
set to grade, the angle meter stops. The contractor is planning to install a valve cluster for the new
water line that will enter the site at Cloudcroft Drive. The water main will cross over the new San
Diego County Water Authority (SDCWA) bridge. The existing valve on the main will eventually need
to be removed and require a second water main shut down. This line is currently being used as the
main water source for the grading and fire protection for the Bungalows.
