The matter of acceptance of public improvements that have been completed, which were the subject
of a prior environmental determination, is not subject to the California Environmental Quality Act.
Fiscal Impact:
This project was split funded with Capital Facilities Renovation Roofing Project (MN035) for $62,435.19
and Capital Facilities Renovation Project (MN027) for the remaining $71,389.81. Sufficient funds are
available in the Capital Facilities Renovation Roofing Project (MN035) and Capital Facilities Renovation
Project (MN027) for release of retention.
