The City of Poway hereby vacates Parcel D-1, Parcel D-2, and Parcel D-3 of the Conservation
Easement Deed recorded on June 24, 2003 under San Diego County Recorder's Office Document
Number 2003-0742050 on the properties located at the northwest corner of Poway Road and State
Route 67 (Assessor's Parcel Number 322-011-08 & 322-011-09), and more particularly described
as Parcels 3 and 4 of Map No. 18327, in the City of Poway, County of San Diego, State of California,
filed in the office of the Recorder of San Diego County, August 20, 1999.
This easement will be replaced by a Biological Conservation Easement under a separate
instrument.
