RESOLUTION NO. 07-089
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
POWAY, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING THE COMMUNITY
SERVICES DEPARTMENT PROGRAMMING AND FACILITY
USE FEE POLICY FOR USE OF CITY OF POWAY
COMMUNITY SERVICES DEPARTMENT FACILITIES
WHEREAS, fees for the use of City of Poway park, recreation, and cultural facilities
have been established to provide for the recovery of operational and maintenance costs
associated with said facilities; and
WHEREAS, fees have been established for recreation programming offered by the
City; and
WHEREAS, the development ofa Community Services Department Programming
and Facility Use Fee Policy, which can be amended or added to in part by a Resolution or
Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Poway provides greater continuity and efficiency
in the assessment and collection of these fees; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary from time to time to update the policy regarding fees
charged for use of City of Poway Community Services facilities and participation in
programs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Poway as
follows:
The Community Services Department Programming and Facility Use Fee Policy for
the use of Community Services facilities be adopted.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway at
a regular meeting this 18th day of December 2007.
