REMOVAL OF A'GREEMENT LIMITING WATER SERVICE
By Agreement Limiting Water Service, filed for record on
March 7, 1973, File/Page 73-060136, Book 1973, Official Records of
the San Diego County Recorder, MEDALIST CORPORATION, a California
corporation, ROLLING GREEN DEVELOP~lliNT CORPORATION, an Ohio corpor-
ation, and' THE DROVERS NATIONAL BANK OF CHICAGO, a National Banking
Association, agreed that the lands within poway Municipal Water Dis-
trict, San Diego County, California, depcribed in Exhibit "A", attached
hereto, would not receive any water from Poway Municipal Water District,
and would make no demands upon poway Municipal Water District for water
ser"vice.
The conditions which required said IIAgJ:'eement" have now been
removed and the, lands described in Exhibi.t "A" may now request water
service subject to satisfying all conditions otherwise applicable to
lands within the boundaries of poway Municipal Water, Dis,trict' s
Improvement District No. 4, and the above "Agreement Limiting Water
iService'lI is of ,no further force and effect.
