By Acknowledgment With Respect to Limitation on Water Service
Stoneridge Unit No.1, filed for record on January 15, 1973, File/Page
73-012565, Book 1973, Off'icial Records of tche San Diego County Recorder,
MEDALIST CORPORATION, as owner of the lands within the boundaries of
POWAY MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, San Diego County, California, described
in Exhibit "A" and "B", attached hereto, acknowledged for itself and
its successors, its understanding and agreement that POWAY MUNICIPAL
WATER DISTRICT would not furnish water to any portion of the lands
described in said exhibits until certain conditions had been satisfied.
Said conditions having been satisfied, POWAY MUNICIPAL WATER
DISTRICT will p.ow furnish water to the lands described in Exhibit "A"
and "B", and all li~itations set forth in said acknowledgment are
hereby removed and are of no further force and effect.
