SPECIAL MEETING
MARCH 11, 2008 6:00 PM
The March 11, 2008 Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Poway was called to
order at 6'08 p.m. by Mayor Cafagna at the Poway City Council Chambers, 13325 Civic Center
Drive, Poway, California,

1 CLOSED SESSION:
A. PUBLIC EMPLOYEE EMPLOYMENT/APPOINTMENT

B. PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION

TITLE: City Manager
City Attorney Lisa Foster requested a closed session on these items.
CLOSED SESSION
Mayor Cafagna called for a Closed Session at 6'09 p,m. as requested by City Attorney Foster
and the City Council adjourned into Closed Session.
CALL TO ORDER AND ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Cafagna called the meeting back to order at 7'03 p m. in open session with all
Councilmembers present and stated there was no reportable action taken on the Closed
Session item on Item 1A. Item 1 B was trailed until after the regular meeting of the City
Council.
The City Council adjourned into closed session at 7 37 p.m. on Item B

At 8:37 p.m, Mayor Cafagna called the meeting back to order stating there was no reportable
action taken on Item 1 B and adjourned the Special Meeting at 8'38 p.m.
