The May 6, 2008 Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Poway was called to
order at 618 p.m. by Mayor Cafagna at the Poway City Council Chambers, 13325 Civic
Center Drive, Poway, California.
Council members Present:
Merrilee Boyack, Bob Emery, Don Higginson, Betty Rexford, Mickey Cafagna
Roll Call: Boyack, Emery, Higginson, Cafagna. Councilmember Rexford disqualified
herself from item 1A due to a conflict of Interest. Councilmember Rexford returned to
Closed Session to hear item 1B.

open session at 7'07 p.m.
