RESOLUTION NO 08-036
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA,
DECLARING THE INTENTION TO ESTABLISH
UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT NO 66
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Poway desires to establish an
Underground Utility district along Oak Knoll Road from Poway Road to Carriage Road
(Exhibit A) for the purpose of improving the public health, safety, and welfare by placing all
utilities underground.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council ofthe City of Poway as
follows.
Section 1 The foregoing recitals are true and correct and the City Council so
finds and determines.
Section 2. Pursuant to Poway Municipal Code (Section 12.48) a Public Hearing
was held on June 10, 2008
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway
at a regular meeting this 10th day of June, 2008.
