THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY DOES CRDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Sectic~ 1. Necessity for Rescision.
The County of San Diego's Code of Regulatory Ordinances contain many sections
which are not applicable to Poway.
The City Council has contracted for the codification of its own ordinances and
it is necessary to rescind certain sections prior to the codification.
