the County Recorder of San Diego County, April 1 0, 1957 Said survey being a portion
of the East One-Half of Section 25: Township 13 South, Range 2 West, San Bernardino
Base and Meridian, and the West One-Half of Section 30, Township 13 South, Range 1
West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, in the City of Po way, County of San Diego,
State of California
In consideration of the approval by the City of Poway ("CITY" hereinafter) of a Building Permit,
for the,co,Qsyuction of a 1,600-square-foot, single-story, detached garage/workshop/office building,
- OWNER-hereby-agrees--that no, -commercial-activities shall OCCllr within the detached
garage/workshop/office, except as defined in the Poway Municipal Code, Chapter 17,28, Home
Occupations, and no area within the building shall ever be converted to habitable or living space
ThisCovenantshall run with the land and be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the future
owners, encumbrancers, successors, heirs, personal representatives, transferees and assigns of the
respective parties,
In the event of litigation to enforce the provisions of this Covenant, the prevailing party shall be
