Whereas Jeffrey ,Reed and Anna Reed, husband and wife, as joint tenants, PROPERTY
OWNERS ("OWNER" hereinafter), are the owners of real proP!lrty commonly known as 13718
Sagewood Drive, Assessor's Parcel Number 275-342-14 ("PROPERTY" hereinafter), and more fully

the County Recorder of SanDiegb County, April 1 0, 1957 Said survey being a portion
of the East One-Half of Section 25, Township 13 South, Range 2 West, San Bernardino

the guest house shall ever be rented or leased as a separate unit, no cooking facilities, other than
portable appliances, shall be installed and no 220 arnpere electrical service shall ever be installed,
This Covenant shall run with the land and be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the futllre
owners, encumbrancers, successors, heirs"personal representatives, transferees and assigns of the
respective parties,
In the event of litigation to enforce the provisions of this Covenant, the prevailing party shall be
entitled to fllll reimbursement of all costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, from the other party
