In consideration of the approvaL of a Minor Development Review Application (MORA)
06.13; a request to construct a 999-square,fbot guest house on the referenced property, by the
City of Poway ("CITY" hereinafter), OWNER hereby agrees thaHhe guest house shall never be
rented or leased as a separate lInit; no:kitdleriiacilities shall 'tie installed, and no gas line and/or
220 amperes electrical service shall elierbe installed,

In the evenLof litigation to enforce the provisions of this Covenant, the prevailing party
shall be,entitled to full reimbllrsement of all costs, inclllding reasonable attorneys' fees, from the
other party
