Ronald G Plumb and Barbara R. Plumb, as husband and wife (hereinafter
"GRANTOR"), hereby grants to CITY OF POWAY (hereinafter "GRANTEE") its
successors, or assigns, the following easement for pedestriaf'l/equestrian trail purposes.
A 10-foot-wide easement located over, under, along and across the
southerly 50 feet of Parcel 2 of Parcel Map No 1.8038 in the City of
Poway, County of San Diego, State of California according to the map
thereof filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County,
May 29, 1998, as File No 1998-318687 as shown more fully on the map
attached as Exhibit "A"
