WHEREAS, the City of Poway ~pproved a "Covenant of Property Merger" M 03-02 for the
merger of Parcels 1 and 2 of Parcel Map No 18410, ofwhich Was subsequently recorded in the
office of the San Diego County Recorder on August 13, 2003 as Document No 2003-0975506, and
WHEREAS, on October 4, 2005, the City Council of the City of Poway approved a Parcel
Map for the resubdivision back to two parcels of the merged properties referenced in said Covenant
of Property Merger; and
WHEREAS,. said Parcel Map was filed in accordance with the State Subdivision Map Actand
