City of Powav (hereinafter "GRANTOR") hereby grants to Dolora A. Powers Trust,
(hereinafter "GRANTEE"), its successors, or assigns, the Temporary Construction
Easement and incidents thereto fqrthe installatiori of a temporary pole on that certain
real property in the City of Poway, County of San Diego, State of California, described
as follows:
Beginning at the SW 1i4 of SE 1/4 of Section 13 T 14S, R 2W
Thence N880 46' 58" W 41 Feet to a point on the, Westerly Right-
of-Way of Community Road, Thence N 020 20' OOE 448.50 Feet To
the Point of Beginning of the Center Line of a Temporary
Construction Easement, Thence N880 46' 58" W 20 Feet to the
End of Said Easement. The Easement Lies 5 Feet on Each Side
of Said Center Line.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the GRANTOR has executed this Easement this\2'tj-,
