"GRANTEE"), its successors, or assigns express perrTiission, to construct a concrete masonry
sound wall along the westerJy edge oJ the subject prope$' line,at or along the alignment of the
existing chain link fence, as wEiif as" the Temporary Construction Easement and incidents
thereto for construction of a sound wall across that certain real property in the City of Poway,
County of.San Diego, State of California.
From the Westerly Property Line to the EasterlyTop of the Drainage Culvert
The GRANTOR, herElby further gra[lts to the City of Poway the privilege and right to extend
excavation and embankment slopes within the IirTiits of the herein described Temporary
Construction Easement, where required for the construction and maintenance of said sound
wall.
The GRANTOR, for him/herself; his/her successors and assighs, hereby waives any claim for
any and all severance damages to GRANTOR's remaining property contiguous to the
Temporary Construction Easement hereby conveyed by reason of the location, construction,
landscaping, or maintenance of said,easement.

- The GRANTOR ,hereby ,furthergrants,t6"GRANJ;EE the right to temporarily enter. and construct
hecessary:'relatE{d 'improveii1ehts,as,p;3rtof;the:'HroPPs~9 construction process. This Temporary
Construction Easement, as' described, shall be 'valid' ;only until the construction has 'been
accepted bY the GRANTEE. ,After sLlch time, the TelllPorary Construction Easement shall
become null and void.
