POWAY, (hereinafter "GRANTEE"), its successors, or assigns express permission to construct

the alignment of the existing chaih !inkfeiice, as well as, tlie Temporary Construction Easement

From the Westerly Property Line to the Easterly Top of the Drainage Culvert
The GRANTOR, h~[eby further grants to the City of Poway the privilege and right to extend
excavation and embankment slopes' within the limits .bf the I)erein described Temporary
Construction Easement, where required for the construction and maintenance of said sound
wall.
The GRANTOR, for him/herself, his/her successors and assigns, hereby waives any claim for
any and all severance damages to GRANTOR's remaining, property contiguous to the
Temporary Construction Easement hereby conveyed by reasO'n of the location, construction,
landscaping, or rnaintenanceofsaid easement.
