a concrete masonry,sound wall along t~e westerly edge ofth~ subject property line, at or along
the alignmentof the existing chain link fence, as well as, the, Temporary Construction Easement
and incidents thereto for constrLJction, of a sound wall 'across that certain real property in the
City of Poway, County of San Diego, State of California,
From the Westerly Property Line to the Easterly Top of the Drainage Culvert
The GRANTOR, Qereby further grants to the City of Poway the privilege and right to extend
excavation and embankment slopes: within the limits of the herein described Temporary
Construction Easement, where required for the construction and maintenance of said sound
wall.
The GRANTOR, for him/herself, hfs/her successors and ,assigns, hereby waives .any claim for
any and all severance damages 'to GRANTOR's remaining property contiguous to the
Temporary Construction Easement hereby conveyed bV reason 01 the location, construction,
landscaping, ormaintenance.df said easement
The GRANTOR hereby further,grants:to GRANTEE tlie.right to temporarily enter and construct
necessary related improvernents'a~.pan,dfthE; proposed construction process. This Temporary
Construction Easement, as described, shall .be valid oniy until the constructiori has been
accepted by the GRANTEE. After such time, the Temporary Construction Easement shall
become null and void.
