Donald F, & Alicia A. Paqliaro (hereinafter "GRANTOR") hereby grants to CITY OF P WAY,
(hereinafter "GRANTEE"), its successors, or assigns express permission to construct a
concrete masonry sound wall along th.e',\/esterly edge of the. subject prqperty line, at or along
the alignment of the existing chain link fence, as well as; the Temporary Construction Easement
and incidents thereto for construction of a sound wall across that certain real property in the
City of Poway, County of San Diego, 'State of California, '
Fromthe Westerly Property Line to the Easterly Top of the Drainage Culvert

The G~k-NTOR, hereby further grants to the City of Poway ttie privilege and right to extend
excavation and embankment slopes within the limits of the, herein described Temporary
Construction Easement, where required for the constructiona[1d maintenance of said sound
wall.
The GRANTOR, for him/herself, his/her successors and assigns, hereby waives any claim for
any and all severance damages to GRANTOR's remaining property contiguous to the
Temporary Construction Easement hereby conveyed by reason of the location, construction,
landscaping, or maintenance of said easement.
The.GRAiHOR.hereby. lUl;ther-gra'rits toGRANTt:E the right,to temporarily enter and construct
'necessary relatecj improvements as,par;t ontie proposed'constr[jction process, This Temporary
ConsTruction Easement, as described, shall be valid only until the construction has been
accepted by the GRANTEE, After such time, the Temporary Construction Easement shall
become null and void,
