AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The zoning classification of the real property
described below is hereby changed as follows:
OLD ZONE: Use Regulations R-R-1 Neighborhood Designator J
Density 1 Lot Size 1 Building Type C
Maximum Floor Area - Floor Area Ratio - Height G

Description of affected real property:
All the portion of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Q~arter of Section 15,
Township 14 South, Range 2 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian in the County of
San Diego, State of California, according to United States Government Survey, lying
within the following described boundaries:.
Beginning' 'at the Northeast corner of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter
as shown on Record of Survey ~ap No,2407 on file in the Office of the County Recorder
of said San Diego County, February 24, 1950;
thence South 01°54' l%'est along the North and South centerline of said Section 13
a distance of 371 feet;
thence Westerly a distance of 345.5 feet along a line parallel with and a distance
of 371 feet Southerly measured at right angles from the North line of said Southeast
Quarter of the Northwest Quarter;
thence Northerly a distance of 107 feet along a line parallel with and a distance
of 34S.S feet Westerly measured at right angles fr~m said North and South centerline;

thence Northeasterly along a straight line to a point on a line parallel
with the 165 feet Westerly from said North and South centerlin¢~ distant thereon
100 feet [calc.] Southerly from the North line of said Southeast Quarter of the
Northwest Quarter;
thence Northerly along said parallel line a distance of 100 feet (calc.) to
said North line of the Southeast Quarter of ,the Northwest Quarter;
thence Easterly along said North line to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
