COVENANT REGARDING REAL PROPERTY

Parcel Number272-761-34 ("PROPERTY hereinafter), and more fully described as'
Lot 34 of City of poway' Tract No. 88-01, in the City of Poway, County of San Diego,
State of California, accOrding to Map thereof No. 12123, filed in the Office of the County
Recorder of San Diego County, July 14, 1988.
. Inconsideration of the approval of a Building Permit to construct <I 748-square-foot,
detached pool house.on the referenced property by the City of poway ("CITY" hereinafter),
'OWNER hereby ag'tees. that the. detached pool, house shall never be rented or leasedasa

future own13rs, 'encumbrance's, successors, heirs, personal representatives, transferees and
assigns of the respective parties.
In the event that Building, Permits are never obtained to. construct the proposed,detached
pool house at the reqLiest of thE! OWNER, the CITY shall expunge this Covenant from the
record title of the PROPERTY,
