NOTICE OF CODE ENFORCEMENT LIEN
(NUISANCE ABATEMENT)
The CITY OF POWAY (hereafter, the "City") claims a lien on that certain real property
commonly known as 13445 Calle Colina, Poway, California, Assessor's Parcel Number
275-590-14. and legally described as follows: "Lot 87 of Map 7478 in the City of Poway,
County of San Diego, State of California filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San
Oieqn County" (hereafter the "Property").

Pursuant to the terms of Poway Municipal Code Chapter 8.72, the owner of the Property
is indebted to the City in the sum of One Thousand, Nine fiundred Forty Dollars and
Thirty-Four Cents ($1,940.34) inciuding late payment penalties, by reason of failure to
pay invoiced costs incurred by the City for a nuisance abatement conducted at the
Property
The nuisance abatement occurred in conformance with Poway Municipal Code Chapter
872, the r,epresentative of the owner of the Property was duly notified, and opportunity
to correct the violations was proviaed according to law, The right to seek judicial review
, - of the nuisance determination and/or the cost of the nuisance abatement has expired.
The recording of this lien is authorized by Poway Municipal Code section 8.72,030
