PURSUANT TO Section 66469 of the Subdivision Map Act,
NOTICE IS GIVEN that Parcel Map No. 19449, in the City of Poway, County of San
Diego, State of California, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of said County on
March 23, 2004, is in error and is corrected in accordance with Section 66469 of the
Subdivision Map Act, as follows.
The tangent length was incorrectly stated between the 100000 foot radius curves along
Old Coach Road at 265 05 feet. The correct tangent length is 256 05 feet (a simple
transposition of numbers) This changes the tangent length to the Southwest corner of
Parcel 1 to 112.64 feet and also changes. the dI~tance frOrntl}@ CenteL9.LS~ction 19 to _
-the Southwest corner of Parcel 1 to 19918 feet. A 2" x,24" iron pipe with brass disc
marked "RCE 3191'5" shall be placed at the correct tangent position.
