NO DOCUMENT TRANSFER TAX DUE
This Termination of Sewer Line License Agreement ("Termination Agreement") is
entered into by and between the City of Poway ("City") and Scripps Northridge
Corporate Center Association, a California Non-Profit Mutual Benefit Corporation
("Scripps")
1 This Termination Agreement is. entered into in reference to that certain Sewer
Line License Agreement executed by City and Kearny Scripps, LLC, a Delaware limited
liability company ("Developer") and recorded in the Official Records of San Diego County
on January 15, 1999 as Document No 1999-0024212 ("Sewer Line License
Agreement") with regard to the real property described in Exhibit A attached hereto
Developer assigned its interest in the Sewer Line License Agreement by an Assignment
of Sewer Line Li<;:ense Agreement recorded April 2, 2001 as Document No 2001-
0194836 in the Office of Records of San Diego County

2. City and Developer hereby agree that the Sewer Line License Agreement is
terminated and of no further force and effect.
