Property for the purpose:ofdeterminingthe existence, location, nature and magnitude of any past or

d. Hazardous Materials Indeninity. Trustor hereby agrees to defend,
indemnify and hold harmless Beneficiary; its employees,'agents, successors and assigns from and

other expenses (ineluding"without limitation, attorneys' fees and. expenses) which Beneficiary may
