roads, and any and all appurtenances adjacenUhereto, together with the right of ingress and egress from ttte easemL:nt(s) by a
practical route or routes in. upon, over, or across the land described helow~ with a right to use said casement(s) for access to
GRANTEE's rights of way situated in adjacent lands, without any a9ditional compensation therefor
Said easement shall include the right and privilege to place and operate any and all machinery within said casement area
whicn'the Grantee herein, or any agent or contractor employed by said Grantee. deems necessary for the construction of the
aforementioned facilities.
The Land encompassing said Temporary Construction and Access Easement is situated in the County of San Diego. State of
California, and described as follows, to wit:
A PORTION OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 32,
TOWNSHIP 13 SOUTH, RANGE 1 WEST, SAN BERNARDINO MERIDIAN, IN THE COUNTY OF SAN
DIEGO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, ACCORDING TO GOVERNMENT SURVEY APPROVED NOVEMBER
19, 1880, BEING A PORT10N OF THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND DESCRIBED AS PARCEL I IN

It is hereby understood:and agreed upon by the Grantor and Grantee herein, that the right and privilege set forth fOf-the use of
the above-described temporary easement shall be in full force and effe,t from OCTOBER 1, 2004, shall continue in full force
during the construction of said facilities. and that upon completion, final inspection, acceptance of said facilities by said
GraI1~ee herein, and the filing of the notice of completion, the permit for the temporary casement hereby granted and
described above, shall cease and terminate un JUNE J, 2005.
Ii is further understood and agreed that the Grantor gf this casement shall not bc held liable for any damage to equipment or
injury to personnel of said Grantee, its agents or employees in performance or work done'under this permit.
It is further understood and agreed that the Grantor shall have, access at all times to the area within the temporary easement.
This Temporary Easement! and the provisions contained herein shall he hinding upon the heirs, successors, administrators,
personal representatives, and assigns of the parties hereto,
GRANTOR expressly warrants and represents that GRANTOR has the power to grant said easement(s) in accordance
with its terms.
