(hereinafter "GRANTEE"); its successors, or assigns express, permission to construct a
concrete masonry souhdwall along the. westerly edge of the .subjeCt property line, at or along
the alignment of the existing chain link fence, as well as, the Temporary Construction Easement
, and ir:1cidents thereto .for construction: of a sour:1d wall across that certain real property in the
City of Poway; County of San Diego, State of California,
From the Westerly Property Line to the Easterly Top of the Drainage Culvert
The GRANTOR, hereby further grants to the City of Poway the Qrivilege and right to extend
excavation and embankment slopes within the limits of .the herein described Temporary
Construction Easement, where requirea for the construction and maintenance of said sound
wall.
The GRANTOR, for him/herself, his/her successors and assigns, hereby waives any claim for
any and all severahce damages to GRANTOR's remaining property contiguous to the
Temporary COr:1struction Easement hereby conveyed by reason of the location, construction,
landscaping, or maintenance of said easement.
The GRA.NTOR,.hereby further grants to GRANTEE the right to temporarily enter and construct
