(hereinafter "GRANTEE"), its successors, or assigns express permission to construct a
concrete masonry sound wall along the westerly edge of, the subject property line, at or along
the'alignmentof theexisting.chaln link fence, as well as, the Temporary Construction Easement
and incidents thereto for construction, of a sound wall across that certain real property in the
City of Poway, County of San Diego, State of California,
From the Westerly Property Line to the Easterly Top ofthe Drainage Culvert
The GRANTOR, hereby 'further .grants to the City of Poway the privilege and right to extend
excavation and embankment slopes, within the limits of the herein described Temporary
Con~truction Easement, where required for the construction and maintenance of said sound
