(hereinafter "GRANTEE"), its successors, or assignsexpre~spermission to construct a
COr:1crete masonry sound wall alor:1gthe westerly edge of ,the subject property line, at or along
the alignment of the existing chaili 'link fetlce,as well as, the Temporary Construction Easement
and incidents thereto for constructionofa sound wall across that certain real property in the
City of PoiNay, County of Sah Diego, State of California, "
From. the Westerly Property Line to the Easterly Top of the Drainage Culvert
The GRANTOR, hereby further grants to the City of poway the privilege and right to extend
excavation and embarkment sloPEJ~ within the limits of the herein described Temporary
Construction Easement, where required for the construction ahd maintenance of said soun~
wall.
The GRANTOR, for him/herself, his/her successors and assigns, hereby waives any claim for
'any and all severance damages to GRANTOR's remaining property contiguous to the
Temporary Construction Easement hereby conveyed by reason of the location, construction,
landscaping, or maintenance'of said easement.
