(hereinafter "GRANTEE"), its successors, or assigns express permission to construct a
concrete masonry sound wall along the westerly edge of the subject property line, at or along
the aiignment of the existing chain Iinkfeflce, as \vell as, the Temporary Construction Easement
and incidents Jhereto for construction of a sound wall across that certain real property in the
City of Poway, County of San Diego,. State 'of California.

The GRANTOR, for him/herself. his/her successors and assigns, hereby waives any claim for
any and all severance damages to GRANTOR's remaining property contiguous 'to the
Ternporary Constructior:1 Easemeht hereby conveyed by reason of the location, construction,
landscaping, ormaintenance'of said easement.
