GRANT OF TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT FOR SOUND WALL
(POMi::RADOROAD - CIP PROJECT #1290)
Jason and Jocelvn Widmer, (hereinafter "GRANTOR") hereby grants to CITY OF POWAY,
(hereinafter ;'GRANTEE;'.), its successors, or assighs express permission to construct a
concrete masonry sound wall. along the westerly edge of the subject 'property line, at or along
the alignment of the existing chain link fence, as well as, the TemporarY Construction Eas'emer:1t
and inCidents thereto for construction, of a sound wall across that certain real property in the,
City of Poway, County of San Diego"State of California,
From the'Westerly Property Line to the Easterly Top of the Drainage Culvert
The GRANTOR, hereby further grants to the City of Poway the privilege ar:1d right to extend
excavatioh ahd embankment slopes within the limits of the herein described Temporary
COr:1struction Easement, where required 'for the construction and maihtenance of said sound
wall.
The GRANTOR, for him/herself. his/her successors and assigns, hereby waives any claim for
any and all severance damages to GRANTOR's remaining property contiguous to the
TemporaryConstructioll Easemeht Iiereby conveyed by reason of the location, construction,
landscaping, or maintenance of said easement.
The GRANTOR,hereby further grants to GRANTEE the right totei'TlPorarily enter and construct
necessary [elatedimQrovementsjas Qarf'of the proposed' construciion process. This "ternporary
COr:1struction Easement, as described. 'shall be valid ohly uritil the construction has b~en

accepted by the GRANTEE, After such time, the Temporary Construction Easement shall
become riull and void.
