William J. & Octavia V. Norman;(hereinafter"GRANTOR") hereby grants to CITY OF POWAY,
(hereinafter "GRANTEE"), its successors, or assigns express permission to construct a
concrete masonry soulld wall alongth~ westerly edge of the subject property line, at or along
the alignment of.the existing chaih Iihk fence, as well as, the Temporary Construction Easement
and incidents thereto for construction of a sound wall across that certaih real property in the
City of Poway, County of San Diego, State of California. .
From the Westerly Property Line to the Easterly Top of the Drainage Culvert
The GRANTOR, hereby further grants to the City of Poway the privilege and right to extend
excavation and embankment slbpes within the limits of the herein described Temporary
Construction Easement, where required for the construction and maintenance of said sound
wall.
The GRANTOR, for him/herself, his/her successors ahd assigns, hereby waives ahy claim for
any and all severance damages to GRANTOR's remaining property contiguous to the
Temporary Construction Easemeht hereby conveyed by reason of the location, construction,
landscaping, or maintenance of said easement.
- TheGRANJ:OR hereby furtheE grants to.GRANTEE thecrightto temporarily.enter.and construct
,necessaEY'FEllated imQrovements as part ofthe proposedconstruction'process, This'Temporary
Constr~ctiori' Easement, as described. shall be v~ljd only until the const~uctior:1 has been
accepted by th!" GRANTEE, After such time, the Temporary Construction Easement shall
become null and void.
