GRANT OF TEMPORARY COt'JST~UCTION EASEfylENT FOR SOUND WALL
(POMERADO ROAD - CIP PROJECT #1290)
Alberto F. Aure and Flordeliza R.Aure' (hereinafter "GRANTOR") hereby grants to CITY OF
POWAY, (hereinafter "GRANTEE"), its' successors, orassighs express permission to construct
a concrete masonry sound wall along the westerly edge of the subject property line, at or along
the alignmentof the existing chaih link fehce, as well as, the Temporary Construction Easement
and incidents thereto for construction of a sound wall across that certain real property in the
City of Poway, County of San Diego, State of California.
From the Westerly Property Line to the Easterly Top of the Drainage Culvert
The GRANTOR, hereby further grants to the City of Poway the privilege and right to extend
excavation and embankment slopes withir:1 the limits of the herein described Temporary

'i Construction Easement, where required for the construction and maintenance of said sound
.- wall.
The GRANTOR, for him/herself; his/her successors and assigns, hereby waives any claim for
any.andall severance damages to GRANTOR's remaining property contigLious to the
Temporary Construction Ease[11entchereby conveyed by reason of the location, construction,
landscaping, or maintenance of said easement.
The, GRANTOR hereby further grants to GRANTEE the right to temporarily enter and construct
'necessary'related improvements as part of the propose'd cOnstruction process. This Temporary
Construction Easement, as described" shall be valid only until the construction has been
accepted by the' G'RANTEE.After .such time, the 'Temporary Construction Easement shall
become null and void.
