In consideration oHhe approval of MORA 02-71, a request to construct a 3,456-

OWNERS hereby agree that the guest house shall [1~ver be rented or leased as a

electrical service shall ever be installed, .
This Covenant shall run with the land and be binding upon and inure to the
benefit of the future owners, encumbrance's, successors,. heirs, personal

In the event that building permits are never obtained to construct the proposed
guest unit at the request of the ()WNERS, the CITY shall expunge this Covenant from
the record title ofthePROPERTY
