(hereinafter "GRANTEE"); its successors, or assigns express permission to construct a
concrete masonry sound wallalohg the westerly edge of the' subject property lihe, at or along
the alignment of the existing chain link fence, as well as, the Temporary Construction Easement
and incidents thereto for cohstruCtion, of a sound wall across that certain real property in the
City of Po way, County of San Diego",State of California.
From the Westerly Property Line to the Easterly Top of the Drainage Culvert

The GRANTOR, hereby further ,g[!mts to the City of Poway the ,privilege anct right to extend
excavation ahd embankmeht slopes within the limits of the herein described Temporary
Construction Easement. where required for the construction and maintenance of said sound
wall.
The GRANTOR, for him/herself, his/her successors and assigns.. hereby waives any claim for
any and all severance darhagesto GRANTOR:s remaining property contiguous to the
Temporary Construction Easement hereby conveyed by reason of the location, construction,
landscaping, or maihtenance of said ,easement.
The GRANTOR herE!by furtl']er grant~ to GRANTEE the. right tq temporarily enter and construct.
n~cessaryrelatedimQrovemen-ts'as.part'of th~woposed cor,str[jction process. This Temporary
Construction Easemer:1t, as described, shall be 'valid only until the construction has been
accepted by the GRANTEE. After such time., the Temporary Construction Easement shall
become null and void.
