Roqer C. & Ericka L. Covalt (hereinafter "GRANTOR") hereby grants to CITY OF POWAY,
(hereinafter "GRANTEE"), its suc:cessors, or assigns express permission to construct a
concrete masomy sound wall ,along :the westerly edge ~f th~ ~ubject property line, at or along
the alighment,of the existing. chain link fence, as well as, the Temporary Construction. Easement
and incidents' thereto for construction of a sound wall across that certain real property in the
City of Poway, County of Sa'n:Diego;' State of California.
From the Westerly Property Line to the E<jsterly Top of the Drainage Culvert
The GRANTOR, hereby further grants to the City of Poway the privilege and. right to extend
excavation and embankment sloQes within the limits of .theherein described Temporary
Construction Easement, where required for the construction and maintenance of said sound
wall,
The GRANTOR, for him/herself, :liis/her' successors and assigns, hereby waives any claim for
any and all severance' damages to GRANTOR's remaining property contiguous to the
Temporary Construction Easement. hereby conveyed by reason of the location, construction,
lar:1dscaping, or maintenance of said easement.
The GRANTOf;'.hereby further grants to GRANTEE tQ8.right to temporarily ent~r and construct
necessary related improvements as part of the proposed, construction process, This Temporary
Construction Easement, as described', shall be. valid only until the construction has been
