Robert E, Chase (hereinafter "G,RANTOR") hereby grants to CITY OF POWAY, (hereinafter
"GRANTEE"), its successors, or assigns express permission to construct a concrete masonry
sound wall along the westerly edge;,of the subject property line, ator along the alignment of the
existing chain link fence, as well 'as; the Temporary Construction Easement and incidents
theret6for construction of a soUnd:wall across that certain real property in the City of Poway,
County of San Diego, State of California.
From the WesterlyProperty Line to the Easterly Top of the Drainage Culvert
The GRANTGR, hereby further ,grants to the City of poway the privilege and right to extend
excavation and embankmeht slopes within the limits of the herein described Temporary
Construction Easement, where required for the construction and maintenance of said sound
wall.
The GRANTOR, for him/herse'lf, his/her successors and assigns, hereby waives any claim for
any and all severance dam"ges to GRANTOR's remaining 'property contiguous to the
Temporary Construction Easement hereby conveyed by reason of the location, construction.
landscaping, or maintenance o!s.aid easement.
