Trustees of the JRL Familv 1992 Trust (hereinafter "GR NJOR") hereby grants 'to CITY OF
POWAY, (hereinafter "GRANTEE"), tts sLiccessors, orassjgnsexpress permission to construct
a concrete masonry sound wall along .the westerly edge of the subject property line, at or along
the alignment of the existing chain link fence, aswell a.~, the Temporary Construction Easement
and incidents thereto for construction of a sound wall across that certain real property in the
City of Poway, County of San Diego"State of California.

The GRANTOR, hereby further grants to the City of Poway the privilege and right to extend
excavation and embankment slopes within the limits of'the herein described Temporary
Construction Easemeht, where required for the construction and maintenance bf said souhd
wall.
The GRANTOR, for him/herself, his/her successors and assigns, hereby waives any claim for
any and all severance damages .to GRANTOR's remaining property contiguous to the
Temporary Construction Easement hereby conveyed by reason of the location, construction,
landscaping, or maintenance of said easement. '

necessaryrelatedimprovements'as'part.ofthe proposed construction process. This Temporary
Construction Easement, as described, shall be valid'only until the construction has been

become null and void.
