GRANT OF TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT
FOR SCREEN WALL (AUBREY PARK - CIPPROJECT #5657)
Maurice W. Mussad and Esther .FraTJcis (hereiTJafter "GRANTOR") hereby grants to CITY OF
POWAY, (hereinafter "GRANTEE"), its successors, or assigns, the Temporary Construction
Easement and incidents thereto for construction of ,a screen wall across that certain real
property in the City of Poway, County of San Diego, State of California, described as follows:
(The Easterly"5 Feet of APN No. 314-182-84)
The GRANTOR, hereby further .grants to the City of Poway the privilege and right to extend
excavation and embankment '~Iopes within the limits of' ,the, herein described Temporary
Construction Easement, where required for the constructioTJ of said screen wall.
The GRANTOR, for him/herself, his/her successors and assigns, hereby waives any claim for
any and all severance ,damages to 'GRANTOR's r~ll1aining property contiguous to the
Temporary Construction Easement Said severance damage relates to the market value of the
home.
The GRANTOR hereby further grants to GRANTEE the righHo temporarily enter and construct
necessary related improvements as part of the proposed construction process, The GRANTEE
accepts liability for the construction activity therein. This Tem'porary Construction Easement, as
