POWAV, (hereinafter "GR:ANTEI;"); its ,successors" or assigns, the Temporary Construction
Easement and incidents theretbfor construction of a screen wall across that certain real
property in the City of Poway, County of San Diego, State of'California, described as follows:

The GRANTOR, hereby furthergrantsto ttJe City of Poway the privilege and right to extend
ex<<avation and embankment. slopes within ttw limits of the herein described Temporary
Construction Easement, where reqi.Hreci for the construction',ofsaid screen wall.
The GRANTOR, for him/herself, his/her successors and assigns, hereby waives any claim for
any and all severance damages to GRANTOR's remairiing property contiguous to the
Temporary Construction Easemef1t.Said severance damage relates to the market value of the
home.
The GRANTOR hereby further grants to GRANTEE the right to,temporarily enter and construct
necessa"Y related imprOVEJmerits as part of the proposed construction process. The GRANTEE
