GRANT OF TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT
FORSCREEN-VVALL (AUBREY PARK - CIP'PROJECT #5657)
Frank & JovL Palfv'(hereinafter':GRANTOR") hereby grants toCITY OF POWAY, (hereinafter
"GRANTEE"), its successors, or assigns; the Temporary Construction Easement and incidents
thereto for construction of a screeil!wall across that certain real property in the City of Poway,
County of San Diego, State of California, described as follows:
(The Easterly 5 Feet of APN No, 314-182-82)
The GRANTOR, hereby further ,grailts to the City of POW?Y the privilege and right to extend
excavation and embankment' slopes within the limits of the herein described Temporary
Construction Easement, where requireo for the construCtion'ofsaid screen wall.
The GRANTOR, for him/herseJf,hi~/~e.rsuccessors and as~iggs, hereby waives any claim for
any arid all severance damages to GRANTOR's remaining property contiguous to the
Temporary Construction Easement. -Said severance damage relates to the market value of the
home.
The GRANTOR hereby further grants to GRANTEE the right to'temporarily enter and construct
necessary related improvements as part of the proposed construCtion process. The GRANTEE
accepts liability for the construction activity therein. This Temporary Construction Easement, as
described, shall be valid only until the construction has been accepted by the GRANTEE. After
