CITy"OF POWAY, (hereinafter "GRANTEE"), its successors, or assigns, the Temporary
Construction Easement and incidents thereto for construction of a screen wall ac~oss that
certain real property in. theCitydf Poway, County of San Diego, State of 'California, described
as follows:

The GRANTOR, t;Jereby further grants to the City of poway the privilege and right 10 extegd
excavation and embankment slopes within the limits of the herein describe'd Temporary
Construction Easement, where req'uired forthe construction of,$aid screen wall.
The GRANTOR, for him/herself, his/her successors and assigns, hereby waives any Claim for
any and all severance damages to GRANTOR's remSlining property contiguou? to the
Temporary Construction Easement. Said severance damage relates to the market value of the
home.
The GRANTOR hereby further grants to GRANTEE the right'to (er;nporarily enter and construct
necessary related improvements:aspal't.of the proposed construction process. The GRANTEE
accepts liability for the ,construction.activity therein. This Temporary'Construction Easement, as
lde~c;rj~ed;ishaJI.,be valicj only until t~e constructionha.~ been'cl(::ceRted'by the'SRAI\i'rEE. After
such time, the Temporary Construction Easement.shall become null and void.
