permission to construct a. concrete masonry sound wall along the westerly edge of the subject
property line, at or along the alignment of the existing' chairilink fence, as ~ell as, the
Temporary Construction Easement,and incidents thereto for construction of a sound wall across
that certain real property.inthe City of Poway, County of San Diego, State cif California.
From the Westerly Property Line to the Easterly Top of the Drainage Culvert
The GRANTOR, hereby further grants tei the City of Poway the privilege and .right tei extend
excavation and embankment slopes within the limits of the herein described Temporary
Construction Easement, where required for the construction and maintenance of said sound
wall.
The GRANTOR, for him/herself; his/her .successors and a~signs, hereby waives any claim for
any and all severance damages to GRANTOR's remaining property contiguous to the
Temporary Construction Easement Iiereby conveyed by reason of the location, construction,
landscaping, or maintenance of said easement.
