PERMIT TO DO WORK ON PRIVATE PROPERTY
FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned,
Romulo F Puertollano, a married man, and Aurora J Puertoilano, a married woman
hereby grant to the City of Poway a political corporation and/or governmental agency, hereinafter cal!ed "Permittee", its
agents, employees, or any contractor, its agents and employees engaged by said Permittee, permission to enter upon the
hereinafter described property for the purpose of-
site gradin9 and placing approximately 1,620 cubic yards of compacted fiil on said property as shown on sheets
23 and 24 of 63 of the Permittee's Construction Plan No: 801-05-254A. The area to be occupied for this purpose
is identified as San Diego County Assessor's Parcel 314-230-47 48 & 61 which is described as being a portion of-
That portion of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 12, Township 14, Range 2 West, San
Bernardino Meridian, in the City of Poway, Count of San Diego, State of California, according to United States
Government Survey, as described in a deed to Romulo F Puertoilano, recorded December 30, 2002 as Document
No, 2002-1199296 in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, and as described in a deed to
Aurora J Puertoilano, recorded February g, 1996, as Document No. 1996-0067881 in the office of the County
Recorder of San Diego County
It is understood and agreed that this work wiil be done in conjunction with the construction of the street improvements
proposed for the widening of Community Road and the construction of the flood channel improvements proposed for the
Rattlesnake Creek, The permission herein granted shail terminate upon the date of completion of said work, as
completion date is determined by the City Engineer or within twelve (12) months of the recording date of this permit. Upon
said termination, the Permittee shall have no further rights or liability in connection with said permit
The Permittee shail to the extent authorized by law, hold Permitor harmless from any and ail liability arising out of, or in any
way connected with said Project. The Permittee's contractor shail carry liability insurance as required in the Standard
Specifications for Public Works Construction 1994 Edition Section 7-3 and as amended by the City of Poway
