PRIVATE ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
RONALD S PERLOFF AND ALICE L. PERLOFF, Trustees of the Perloff Family Trust dated
December 31, 1992 (hereinafter "GRANTO~") hereby grants to THOMAS J FISHER AND CAROLE
B. FISHER, husband and wife,and HELEN LIEBERMAN, an unmarried woman (hereinafter
"GRANTEE"), its successors, or assigns, the easement and incidents thereto for private sewer line
purposes upon, over and across that certain real property in the City of Poway, County of San Diego,
State of California, described as follows:
A 1 0 OO-foot wide strip of land in Lot41 of City of Poway Tract No. 86-01, Unit 2, Map No 12401, the
centerline of which is described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Lot 41, thence.South 76024'40" East, 34 30 feet;
thence South 02026'32" East 84.92 feet; thence South 05026'48" East, 25 00 feet to the Point

of Beginning; thence South.89033'58" West to its terminus on the Westerly line of said Lot 41
EXCEPTI NG therefrom that portion lying within the.2000-foot wide easement for sewer,
equestrian and pedestrian easement granted to the City of Poway per said Map No 12401
The sidelihes of said 10 OO-foot strip shall be prolonged or shortened so as to terminate
Westerly on the Westerly line of said lot 41 and Easterly on the Westerly line of said 20 00-
foot wide easement for sewer, equestrian and pedestrian easement.
Said easement for private sewer line purposes shall be appurtenant to the following described land
Parcel 2 of ParceLMap No.4755 in the'City of Poway, County of San Diego, State of
California, filed in the offip6. of the County Recorder of San Diego County on May 20, 1976 as
File No 76-153394 of Official Records.
