Reed, Husband and Wife as Joint Tenants, ("OWNERS" hereinafter), are Ihe owners of real property commonly known as a portion of Assessor's Parcel Number 321-241-14 ("PROPERTY hereinafter), and more fully described as Lot 6 of County of San DiegoTract No. 3864, in the City of Poway, County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof No. 9766, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of August 20, 1980 In consideration of the approval of a building permit to construct a 264-square-foot guest house on the referenced property by the City of Poway ("CITY" hereinafter), OWNERS hereby agree that the guest house shall never be rented or leased as a separate unit, no kitchen facilities shall be installed and no gas line and/or 220 amperes electrical service shall ever be installed This Covenant shall run with the land and be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the future owners, encumbrance's, successors, heirs, personal representatives, transferees and assigns of the respective parties.
