A.RESOLUTION QF THE GI"tY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA,
ACCEPTING'LOf E OF POWAY PORTALS UNIT NO.2, MAP NO. 6407,
FOR PUBLIC STREET PURPOSES
WIHEREAS, a request; was made to a~cept the offer of dedi,cation (herein
referred to aslOD, meaning Irrevocable Offer of Dedic~!i<iri)of Lot E of Poway Portals
Unit No.2, Map No. 6407, for public street purposes; and
WHEREAS, the lob was made to and rejected ,by the San Diego County Board 2
of Supervisors through the filing and recordation ofthe final map in the office ofthe San 0
Diego County Hecorder of said Map No. 6407 on July 1, 1969; and 0
WHEREAS', tl:\e City of'Poway became the successor in interest to the County of 7
San Diego upon its incorporation on December 1980; and 9
WflEREAS, to provide:a link of access to prop~rties north of the'existing X
terminus of Dorathea Terrace; Lot E needs to beaccepted'for public street purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Poway as
follows:
1 The acceptance of, Lot E for public street purposes is made pursuant to Section
66477.2 of the State's Subdivision Map Act.
2. The City Clerk of the City of Poway is hereby directed to record a certified copy
of this Resolution in the office of the San Diego County Recorder
