as shown ill Exhibit A pursuanttothe Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972; and 0

has given written consent to .the proposed formation and annexation into Poway 8
Landscape Maintenance District:86-1 and the City of Poway Lighting District, Zones A and 2
c, pursuantto Califoniia Streets and Highways Code; Section22608.1, and

and operation of public landscape and lighting within said territory; and
WHEREAS, the City Qlerkofthe City of Poway is hereby directed to record this
document with the CountY Recorder of the County of San Diegoo.
